    We only deliver to New Zealand addresses.

    We use a signature required delivery service via Walker Logistics (and their contracted partners outside of Auckland and Hamilton). Please ensure somebody can sign for your product at it's destination.}

    If your product cannot be signed for on delivery, the freight company will leave a calling card for you to arrange another delivery time. Please contact Walker Logistics directly to arrange this re-delivery. Their contact details will be emailed to you once your product is picked up from our warehouse."}

    You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date (as stated in the email we send confirming dispatch) if you have not received an item.

    How long will it take you to receive your items?

    The time taken for a product to reach you depends on where you are located.

    Most North Island metro deliveries are usually 1-2 days and South Island deliveries 2-3 days. On on the odd occasion, it may take longer due to overloading and weather related issues. For example, during Christmas deliveries may be delayed a day or so."}

    Rural locations should allow 1-2 more days than metro locations.


    Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.
